Order Processing

At HARRY'S, we aim to process your order promptly. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Time

Once your order is processed and shipped, you can expect delivery within 7-12 business days for standard shipping within the United States.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your shipping address, selected shipping method, and the weight and size of your order. All shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24-72 hours for your tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

Return Policy

If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your payment method statement.

Order Cancellations
